Is Your Child

Water Safe?

Float Infant Aquatics provides survival swim lessons for infants and children in Houston and Cypress, TX

These are not your typical swim lessons.

An accident only takes a few seconds to turn into a tragedy.

Does your child know how to respond?

Unlike traditional swim lessons, where your child might spend years learning how to become water-safe, Infant Aquatics® lessons equip your child with aquatic self-rescue skills in weeks.

At Float Infant Aquatics, your child will learn to enter the water from various scenarios and get to their back independently for air. Older children will learn to turn back over and swim, rolling back again when they need to rest.

These skills allow your child to respond to an accidental fall in the water, fatigue during recreational swimming, or even something as quick as stepping off the bench or steps.

Benefits of Swim Lessons for Young Children

Improved Motor Skills

Early swim lessons play a crucial role in enhancing motor skills in young children. The water provides a unique opportunity for children to engage their muscles and refine their motor skills.

Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death in children ages
1-4. By providing them with the skills and confidence to respond to an accidental fall in the water, these lessons set the stage for a lifetime of safe, happy swimming!

Drowning Prevention

Cognitive Development

Swimming is a great way to enhance cognitive skills like problem-solving, memory, and spatial awareness by promoting coordination, balance, and concentration.

“I want to be a part of the solution to end childhood drowning.”

Every family needs to be aware of the dangers and be educated on what they can do to prepare their little ones to learn to be safe around water.

The ability to roll to their back and get air on their own is your child’s most reliable flotation device!

At Float Infant Aquatics, we turn beginners into safe, confident swimmers—starting at 8 months old!
