Lessons

Find the best program for your child!

We specialize in teaching children as young as 8 months the vital skill of survival swimming.

Once skilled, your child can enroll in progressive sessions that allow them to develop their skills and confidence in the water as they grow.

As their skills progress, they will learn the swim-float-swim sequence and go on to stroke classes!

Floater Program

In this 6-week program, your little one will learn essential skills that could potentially save their life.

They will learn how to enter the water from various angles and scenarios, roll onto their backs and maintain an independent back float, allowing them to breathe and wait for help.

Because the majority of childhood drownings occur during non-swim times, they will also learn how to do this fully clothed!

Lessons are one on one, 3-4 days a week, 15 minutes long for 6 consecutive weeks.

This program is for infants 8-12 months

Swim-Float-Swim

Older children (1-3 years) gain crucial safety skills in the water through the swim-float-swim sequence.

Children will learn to swim a short distance, roll onto their backs to float, rest to breathe, and flip back in to swim. The Swim Float Swim sequence serves as the foundation for future stroke development.

By learning to not only get to their backs for air, but also to turn back over and swim again, children gain the ability to make decisions and safely navigate the water.

6 Weeks to Safe Swimmers!

Our 6-week swim program empowers your children to be water-safe from a young age.

Unlike traditional swim lessons that might take months or even years to teach children to swim independently, our program focuses on building their aquatic skills and water confidence in a short period of time.

This intensive approach allows children to develop essential water safety skills faster, reducing the risks associated with water-related accidents.

With our highly trained instructors and 1:1 lessons, your child will receive personalized attention and be guided through a curriculum that prioritizes their individual progress. Our aim is to teach children how to survive in the water and instill a lifelong love of swimming!

  • All new swimmers enter our New Swimmer Program. This is a 6-week program that teaches essential self-rescue skills based on your child’s age.

Infants 8-12 months will enter our Floater Program. They will learn to enter the water from various scenarios, roll to their back for air, and maintain a consistent back float.

Toddlers 1-3 years will learn the Swim-Float-Swim sequence. They will not only learn to get to their back for air, but learn to turn back over and continue swimming, resting on their back when they need to.

We encourage you to continue classes to allow your child to progress to the next swimming level. Maintenance lessons are available after completion of the initial 6 weeks in our Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions.

We do offer stroke development classes for older children, 4 years & up, who can float on their back independently and must be able to swim 15 feet independently with proper breath control. 30 minute lessons. Assessment required.

  • Lessons are 3-4 days/week depending on availability and your schedule. The frequency of lessons is important during the New Swimmer program, as it helps children develop muscle memory when learning new skills!

  • Absolutely!

15 minutes may seem like a short lesson, but we are actually making the most out of the energy and attention span without pushing them to fatigue.

They will be working hard during that 15 minutes, and we want to pace lessons effectively.
